Customer service, is it old fashioned? Certainly at European Parts Specialists and AutoPartsGuru.com it is not. In this electronic age where people are being replaced by computers, scanners and telephone prompting technology, customer service is becoming increasingly absent from the scene. We at European Parts Specialists, Ltd., EPS, and AutoPartsGuru.com find that an appalling situation! Since 1981 EPS has been providing a level of customer service that has been second to none, period! Nothing has been more important to me, and my employees, than ensuring the customers utmost satisfaction in their dealings with EPS. We have deservedly earned the respect and loyalty of our customers because of that, and we hope we can earn yours also.
At EPS and AutoPartsGuru.com, customer service means listening to your needs, big or small, and doing everything in our power to assist you in finding a solution to them. That could be the purchase of a part or parts from us, finding an answer to your automotive question, helping you diagnose a problem, or even directing you to the source for a solution if we cannot provide one. We will never curtly send you on your way without helping you in some way, that is just plain rude and not what we consider customer service at EPS! At many high volume mass production type companies, that is the policy of efficiency, but not at EPS. Our pledge to you is to always go the extra step to help you toward a completely satisfying experience with EPS. We have an overwhelming amount of responses from satisfied customers to back that up.
Because our new web catalog at AutoPartsGuru.com allows you, the customer, to choose your own parts and accessories, it becomes very important that you take every step possible to order the correct parts. We will do everything possible to review your order and correct any error, advise of additional parts necessary, and let you know of any changes. When the application asks you to make a choice based on your Vehicle Identification Number, VIN, please take the time to check it, and write it down near your computer for future reference. The VIN is on your registration and on a tag near the driver's side of the windshield frame, visible from outside the car. If you cannot find it, please email or call us so we can assist you. If a part choice is based on an engine serial number, that then becomes a little more difficult to identify, and a call or email to EPS will bring the needed assistance. Guessing is always the wrong way to get the job done. We don't guess, and ask that you please don't either.
To basically sum up our customer service policy, we will treat you with respect, and we expect the same from you! We will treat you fairly, and we expect the same from you. That may sound old fashion, but we feel it still works! When it does not, then we have things like our Return Policy to spell it out a little more clearly. It too takes into consideration fairness on the part of all parties.
In this imperfect world, things happen, so if at any time you feel you were not treated in a fair and pleasant manner, are frustrated with the catalog, or are having any kind of difficulty at all, please contact me. My name is Randy Steele and I am the proud owner and problem solver for EPS and AutoPartsGuru. It is my earnest desire that the high level of customer service you find here at AutoPartsGuru.com is a cut above any that you have experienced anywhere else. You have my word on it!
Thank you,
